Will be very interesting. On top of that doesn't Verizon own AOL and Yahoo? That adds a few more large domains in the mix. 
Will be very curious to see how it all pans out. My hope is that all the domains end up using yahoo's technology for the spam filtering. At least from my personal experience the Yahoo team is a bit more responsive when it comes to helping reputable senders.

Yeah, Verizon bought AOL. So all verizon.net emails use aol mx's and error messaging. For now verizon.net, cs.com, netscape.net all use aol mx. It's still not clear how all the yahoo email domains will be treated.
It's my understanding that ip rep (good and bad) will carry over to the new system.
